Hi everyone.
I thought I would publish these directions sent to me from Enerwave on how to pair the Enerwave ZWN-RSM2 with SmartThings controller hub.

Apparently without this handler SmartThings will not see the relay as a dual relay and thus not work correctly.
I do not have a ST controller to test this, so these are the directions quoted from the manufactures email.
Here are directions on how to correctly do this.
  1. Exclude the ZWN-RSM2-Plus from your SmartThings hub.
  2. Include the ZWN-RSM2-Plus into your SmartThings hub.
  3. Log into the Samsung IDE admin portal.
  4. Look for the “My Device Handlers” tab toward the top.
  5. If you see any device handlers already published for the ZWN-RSM2-Plus then delete by selecting the black icon on the left hand side of the device handler, then selecting Delete.
  6. Go to this Github site to get the device handler.
  7. Copy the entire code from top to bottom so you can paste it later.
  8. Create the new device handler by going back to the device handler tab on the Samsung Smart things Admin Portal. Select the “Create New Device Handler” option located in the right top corner of your admin screen.
  9. Select the Second tab “From Code” then paste the code you copied previously and select Create on the bottom of page.
  10. You will then get an on-screen notification confirming that it has been created. After that click the “Publish” option towards the top right of your screen, then click the “for me” drop down that will appear.
  11. You Will then be redirected to the device handler main screen. From there, Select “My Devices” from the options on the top of the screen.
  12. Select the Z-Wave dual relay  that had been previously added.
  13. Select the “Edit” option on the bottom of the following screen.
  14. On the Edit Device screen, select the “Type” drop down menu.
  15. Scroll all the way to the very bottom and select the Enerwave RSM2-Plus option and update.
The app then automatically updates the device type on  the app and recognizes the device as a multiple- load controller.
You can then control the 2 loads separately and get status updates instantly.

I hope this helps anyone using a SmartThings controller get their products working correctly.
Please direct any questions regarding this setup directly to Enerwave as I do not have a ST device to test or confirm.
Thank you.
